Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift on a per diem basis in Florida. The RN coordinates and provides safe, quality care using the nursing process, assessing physical, psychosocial, educational and growth needs of patients.

The role requires graduate of an RN program, at least 1 year of acute care experience, and an active RN license, with BLS/CPR and optional NRP/STABLE certifications within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Registered Nurse Program.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience.
• Current RN license.
• BLS/ CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• NRP certification within 90 days of hire/transfer date.
• STABLE program within 365 days of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide safe, quality nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational and growth needs of the patient.
• Develop and implement a written plan of care from assessment data and periodically evaluate patient responses.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and assist in organizing patient care activities.
