Job summary

Tenet Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem night shifts at St. Marys Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. The RN will coordinate and provide safe, quality care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications include RN license, 1 year of acute care experience, and certifications such as BLS/CPR, NRP, and STABLE. Join a hospital with a strong trauma and pediatric program and a commitment to professional development

Qualifications

• RN license (Registered Nurse)
• At least 1 year of acute care experience
• BLS/CPR certification required
• NRP certification within 90 days of hire/transfer
• STABLE program within 365 days of hire/transfer

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational and growth needs of the patient.
• Develop and implement written plan of care.
• Coordinate and provide safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust plans accordingly.
• Demonstrate leadership within the care team.
• Organize patient care activities as needed
