Job summary

J.D. McCarty Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, providing nursing care and treatments to developmentally disabled patients aged birth to 21. The RN will administer medications, monitor progress, and educate families as needed on a 7pm-7am shift.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree and a license to practice nursing in Oklahoma.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Will serve a 1 year probation period.
Must be in good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care and develop care plans; assess patients and communicate with patients, families, and the medical team.
Promote collaborative care with Direct Care staff and interdisciplinary team.
Attend medical conferences/courses and assist Nursing Administration with data for Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement.
