Haywood Regional Medical Center in North Carolina seeks a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) for the PCU/Telemetry unit. The role features 3x12s, a 7p–7a schedule, and a 1:5 patient ratio in a 22-bed unit.

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads or $20,000 for night-shift experienced RNs with a 2-year commitment. Licensure and certifications required as described above.

Formación

• Active North Carolina or compact state RN license required.
• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Documents care and medical necessity in the medical record.
• Completes and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
