Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect age-appropriate patient care in a fast-paced unit.
• Perform the nursing process with minimal supervision and coordinate care.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff and delegate tasks.
• May participate in on-call rotation and serve as Shift Coordinator after orientation.
