Job summary

Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta is seeking a Clinical Nurse B for the Flexible Integrated Team (FIT) float pool on the Night shift. The role covers reassignment to patient care departments as needed, with a focus on providing age-specific, high-quality patient-centered care.

Requires a BSN, CA RN license, and BLS/ACLS; duties include planning, prioritizing, and documenting care with independence and collaboration in a Catholic health system setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required with minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Active California RN license required; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced, age-appropriate manner.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for call-offs and leaves.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff per scope of practice.
• Document care plans and nursing processes accurately.
