Job summary

Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta is seeking a Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient for the Med/Surg Unit (Full-time, Day Shift). The RN will provide direct and indirect patient-centered care, perform the nursing process, and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Required BSN, minimum one year experience, California RN license and BLS; on-call rotation possible; opportunity for shift coordinator role after orientation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates clinical nursing competencies and applies theoretical concepts to patient care.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and collaborate with staff.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and document patient-centered nursing care according to model.
• Perform nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
