The role focuses on delivering age-appropriate, patient-centered care in a high-energy environment with supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff. Qualified candidates will hold a BSN, have at least one year of experience, and maintain California RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of one year experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide age-specific, patient-centered care in a fast-paced unit.
• Perform nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• May participate in on-call rotation and Shift Coordinator responsibilities.
