Job summary

The Palms at Sebring in Sebring, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 7pm-7am shift. This full-time role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care and requires Florida RN licensure and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

You will collaborate with the care team to deliver accurate assessments, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including admission assessments, ongoing care, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, test results, and other relevant data.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
