Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center, part of Banner Health, seeks an experienced RN for PCU Observation in Casa Grande, AZ. The role supports a 43-bed Medical Surgical unit and a 28-bed Observation unit, with potential float to PCU.

You will collaborate with providers and the care team to deliver consistent, patient-centered care. The position works 3x12s on the Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with weekend/holiday rotation and eligibility for a night differential and weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
• Experience in acute care hospital setting within past 12 months is preferred for Banner roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social and educational needs and plan care.
• Formulate and adjust a care plan with input from patient and family.
• Implement care and coordinate with the health care team per physician orders.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in medical records.
