Job summary

Roper St. Francis Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift at St. Francis Hospital. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, assess needs, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include safe medication administration, ongoing assessment, and participation in quality improvement initiatives while maintaining patient safety and education throughout care. Licensed in-state and BLS eligible are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
• Seeking at least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications safely and per policies.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
• Act as patient safety advocate and contribute to quality improvement.
