Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center seeks a registered nurse to collaborate with patients, families and the care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. The role follows Nursing Standards of Practice to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The position includes supervisory duties for staff and responsibility for supplies, equipment and resources, with a full-time, rotating shift schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• RN license in Nebraska or a compact state with current CPR/BLS.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP and STABLE training within one year of hire.
• ADN/ Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with patients, families and health care teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Follow Nursing Standards of Practice to ensure quality, safe patient care.
• Provide supervisory oversight to assigned staff and manage supplies/equipment.
