Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p-7a) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, document accurately, and uphold professional standards while ensuring patient safety.

The role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and a BSN preferred. A strong focus on accountability, communication, and clinical reasoning supports high-quality outcomes in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using the nursing process and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating and delegating to the care team.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Promote nursing professionalism, ethical practice, documentation accuracy, and compliance with licensure.
