Job summary

Tenet is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time status, to provide direct clinical care and supervise staff under the direction of the CNO. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Required: RN license, 1 year of RN experience for PRN, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. Bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered with this position.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license in state of practice.
Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred.
1 year RN experience for PRN status.
ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred per policy.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
Direct care according to safety standards, risk management, and infection control.
Know and follow hospital codes and emergency procedures.
