Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for 24 hours per week, 7PM-7AM. The RN will deliver care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to achieve patient outcomes.

This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director and following hospital policies to ensure safe, effective care across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license per state requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to ANA standards of practice.
• Collect and document patient health data during admission and stay.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with the patient and family.
• Coordinate with the health care team to ensure outcomes.
• Develop and implement a discharge plan with patient involvement.
• Provide education to patients and families about care needs.
