Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. The role involves coordinating care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes at our Northampton campus.

Schedule is 7:00pm–7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays; 36 hours per week. RN licensure in Massachusetts and BLS are required; Med/Surg experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (Massachusetts) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Med/Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective, high-quality patient care and outcomes.
