Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN license required in MA.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• De-escalation training within 60 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate nursing care across units and with other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Flexible scheduling with 24-hour per week commitment and on-call as required.
