Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to patients and families per physician orders.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.
• Oversees design, implementation and delivery of care processes and policies.
• Mentors and precepts new staff and supports department staff development.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and departmental committees.
