Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in alignment with the organization's standards, values, and mission.

The role requires ACLS and BLS certifications, one year of RN experience, and the ability to collaborate with disciplines to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and education for patients and families. Shift: Nights.

Formación

• Accredited Program: Nursing (Required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (American Heart Association)
• Registered Nurse License - Florida
• ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certification for applicable units
• Newly licensed RNs have 6 months to obtain ACLS and/or PALS

Responsabilidades

• Delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
• Precepts student nurses and new hires.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and family and provides appropriate education.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including disposition, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes.
