Memorial Healthcare in Hollywood, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care during night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in alignment with hospital standards and patient needs.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure safety and quality in every step of care. ACLS/PALS may be required for specific units; a Florida RN license and current BLS are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Accredited Nursing program.
• RN license in the state of Florida.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required for designated units.

Responsabilités

• Educates patient and family based on age, culture, and condition.
• Effectively delegates nursing tasks to ancillary personnel.
• May precept students and new hires.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines including disposition and referrals.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, documents, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
