Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process and nursing practice standards.
• Utilize the nursing process to manage patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population.
• Perform patient assessments and reassessments per standard procedure.
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care, including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
• Delegate appropriately according to job descriptions and competency levels.
