The Atrium at Navesink Harbor in Red Bank, NJ is seeking Part Time and Per Diem Registered Nurses to join our team. RNs provide compassionate care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

Candidates should hold a NJ RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years in long-term care; supervisory experience is preferred. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus for part-time team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid and current NJ RN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Provide medications and treatments to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of changes or concerns.
• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report problems to the Unit Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of care plans.
