Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN for overnight, full-time care. The posting lists two shifts: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (32 hours/week) and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (24 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Records observations on patient charts.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to comfort and safety.
• Assists with unit management and may assume charge of unit.
