Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a registered nurse to lead and coordinate bedside care on Unit 4400, a 36-bed Orthopedic and Neurosurgery unit. You will assess, plan, implement and document care, while communicating with the care team to meet patient goals.

The role supports same-day discharge planning and collaborates with Physical Therapy and physicians to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. BSN preferred with Michigan RN licensure.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality patient care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and teaching.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to health care team and participate in solving variances from goals.
