Henry Ford Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care on Unit 4400 (Orthopedic and Neurosurgery). The role utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while teaching patients and families and documenting care.

The position requires effective communication with patients, families, and hospital staff, and involves working a midnights shift on a 36-hour, 12-hour shift schedule.

Formación

• BSN preferred and active nursing license in the appropriate state
• Clinical knowledge to develop effective care plans
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and staff

Responsabilidades

• Lead the coordination and delivery of quality patient care
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Document and teach patients and families
• Communicate pertinent patient information to the health care team
