Formación

• South Carolina or Compact State RN License (required).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Provide patient/family centered care focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs, including assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, interventions, and education.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment with patient privacy and professional behavior.
• Participates in professional practice models, shared governance, and adherence to standards of care.
• Coordinates delivery of patient care via care management principles and initiates actions to improve patient outcomes.
• Engages in shared governance and promotes a healthy work environment and professional growth.
