Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Oncology/Hemoc/Med-Surg Unit (4CD) to maintain professional nursing standards and coordinate patient care across age groups.

Candidates must hold active Ohio RN license, BLS, be willing to rotate shifts and units, and may serve as Charge Nurse. This full-time role at the Health Science Campus offers evening shifts with 7:00 pm to 7:30 am schedules.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BLS required.
• Must be willing to rotate shifts and units.
• May be required to assume Charge Nurse role.
• Physical requirements include vision, hearing, communication, dexterity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice and coordinates total nursing care for patients with consideration of their specific age needs.
