Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and a wide inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care plans in a supportive environment.

The role includes coordinating care, assessing residents, educating families and leading nursing interventions. You may also serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff, ensuring safety and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure acceptable per NLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
