Job summary

Dartmouth Health in Vermont seeks aRegistered Nurse for Women’s and Children’s Services to deliver nursing care for obstetric and pediatric patients. You will coordinate with physicians, providers and the care team to develop and communicate care plans and educate patients and families for informed decisions.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Vermont RN licensure by start date, and BLS certification; BSN preferred with prior nursing experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as an RN in Vermont by date of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to obstetric and pediatric patients.
• Develop, discuss and communicate a care plan with physicians and care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, options, discharge instructions and safety.
