The unit operates with a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and emphasizes thorough assessments every 12 hours. Candidates should have an Associate's degree in Nursing preferred and hold an active TN RN license.
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN license required.
- 2 years Med-Surg nursing experience for Float Pool positions.
- 1 year nursing experience for PRN positions.
- 1 year nursing experience for FT positions preferred.
- Associate's degree in Nursing preferred.
