Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients.
• Executes physician's orders and administers medications and treatments.
• Provides patient education and uses Teach-Back to confirm understanding.
• Maintains safety and continuity of care via bedside shift reports and hand-offs.
• Demonstrates competence in using technology for patient care.
