Qualifikationen

• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license or valid permit to practice in Texas.
• Current BLS certification required.
• RN with six months of clinical RN experience and/or probationary NC I period documented on nursing evaluation tool.

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders with culturally competent care.
• Provides patient/family education using Teach-Back methods.
• Plans, coordinates, and prioritizes patient care activities in collaboration with the inter-professional team.
