Trinity Health's St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neuro Stroke unit. You will deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care during 12-hour night shifts, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and support patients in a 24-bed unit.

The role requires a BSN, PA RN license, and BLS certification, with strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills to ensure safe, compassionate care aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited school of nursing.
• PA RN License required.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs and barriers to learning, incorporating education into daily care.
• Documents admission assessment, reassessment, plan, interventions and medication use.
• Uses the information management system to communicate patient condition and updates to care team.
• Coordinates transfer of patient care and pertinent information during rounds and bedside handoffs.
• Recognizes patient needs and includes pain management and safety in the plan of care.
• Maintains infection control standards and a safe, clean environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
