Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Mom/Baby unit. This full-time night shift role (7:00pm–7:00am) supports newborns and new families in a Level IV maternal designation environment.

You will assess, plan, and implement care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing within Texas.
• Diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• One year of clinical nursing experience; Mom/Baby experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient and plan the care of the patient.
• Intervene as appropriate and evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain continuity of patient care across shifts and transfers.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
