Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing.
• Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act compliance.
• Code of Ethics Standards by American Nurses Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting diversity and individual needs.
• Partner with patients and families, use effective communication, and align care with patient goals.
• Practice with current clinical standards and Wellstar policies.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care with interdisciplinary teams and timely documentation.
• Support performance improvement, shared governance, and staff development.
