Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit. This part-time night position from 7pm to 7am focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate postpartum and newborn care within an interdisciplinary team.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, educate families, and ensure safety and outcomes through evidence-based practices while aligning with Wellstar's professional practice model.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• BLS and neonatal certifications required.
• Experience in Mother Baby or postpartum care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process and provide patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Document care accurately and participate in governance and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety goals.
