Wellstar Kennestone Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit, part-time night shift (7pm–7am). You will deliver comprehensive patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team within the Wellstar framework and professional practice model.

Qualifications

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
RN license required with relevant state certification.
BLS certification required at hire; NRP or equivalent neonatal life support.
Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.

Responsabilités

Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
Provide relationship-based patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
Collaborate with the team using interdisciplinary rounds and timely patient teaching.
Promote safety, quality care and adherence to policies and standards.
