Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit on the night shift (7pm–7am). This role supports a proactive, interdisciplinary care team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting guided by Wellstar values.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of direct patient care experience, RN licensure in Georgia, and strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and licensure required for RN practice.
• Preferred BSN; active Georgia RN license and BLS/NRP credentials.
• Able to read, write and speak English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process and evidence-based care for mother-baby patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
• Document care accurately and participate in performance improvement.
