Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center Staffing Collaborative is seeking a Registered Nurse for 13-week assignments in Medicine Stepdown units in Nashville, TN. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and 1 year of Medicine Stepdown experience. Night shift with premium pay applies, and assignments may involve weekends or moves between Vanderbilt

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 1 year of Medicine Stepdown RN experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates delivery across the continuum.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses and interventions.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Promotes health and safety through patient education and care delivery.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
