Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Travel/Staffing Collaborative RN to cover Medicine Stepdown units across Vanderbilt University Medical Center locations in Nashville. The arrangement is 13-week assignments with premium pay and potential health benefits. Night shifts run 7pm–7am with assignments at multiple units.

Typical hours include 36–40 per week depending on unit needs; position ends 01/09/2027. Requires RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS, plus 1 year of Medicine Stepdown RN experience (2+ years

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (or equivalent experience).
• 1 year of Medicine Stepdown RN experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery across the continuum.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Continually uses the nursing process to evaluate progress and apply interventions.
• Promotes health and a safe environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
