Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care by managing all phases of the patient care process.
• Delegate care responsibilities to nursing staff based on licensure and training.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Care for neurological, respiratory, general medical, and post-procedural patients.
