MercyOne Medical Group – Northeast Iowa is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time night shift position at Oelwein Medical Center. The role features a 36-hour work week (.9 FTE) from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, with every third weekend.

New grads and experienced nurses are welcome. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
