The role involves caring for five medical/surgical patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safe transitions of care. The position offers a 36-hour week schedule (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• ADN candidates can be considered with commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire.
• Qualified applicants will have one year of experience; acute or sub-acute care preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Manage care for five medical/surgical patients per shift.
• Partner within a multidisciplinary team to support realistic health goals.
• Provide close monitoring, emergency response, and ongoing supportive care.
• Ensure safe transitions to the appropriate level of care.
