Job summary

Advocate Health in Grafton, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate for the MS3 Medical Oncology Unit. This full‑time, night shift role is based on our 18‑bed medical/surgical oncology unit at Aurora Medical Center Grafton.

Nights are 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with every third weekend and rotating holidays. You’ll deliver patient‑centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with a supportive team, and help oncology patients across treatment and complications.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
