Job summary

Advocate Health Care's Aurora Medical Center - Grafton in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MS4 Med/Surg Ortho unit. The 16-bed unit serves adolescents through geriatrics with an orthopedics focus, and supports a 0.9 FTE night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with every third weekend and rotating holidays.

As a skilled RN, you will provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate nursing activities, and contribute to a safe, compassionate patient experience across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
