Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Ohio Board of Nursing license and BLS certification.
• CPR/BLS certifications required; field of study: nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plan as needed.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to target clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operations - Performs other duties as assigned in a high reliability organization.
