Job summary

AllianceHealth Madill is seeking an experienced RN for full-time night shifts in the Med/Surg department. You will deliver patient-centered care, coordinate assessments and plans, administer meds, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications safely and document administration per standards.
• Assist physicians during procedures and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and telemetry monitoring for cardiac patients.
