Job summary

AllianceHealth Madill is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PRN in the Med Surg Department to deliver patient-centered care using evidence-based nursing processes. You will coordinate care, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience and an active RN license. BCLS is required, ACLS is preferred, and telemetry monitoring is a key component of daily practice.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BCLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients and document findings; report condition changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
