Job summary

AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL, is seeking a registered nurse to join our night shift team. You will follow infection prevention protocols, ensure medication safety, and develop individualized care plans for diverse patient populations.

You will assess, adjust care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license and be in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience in acute care setting preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow infection prevention protocols.
• Adhere to medication safety policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform follow-up assessments and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the inter disciplinary team and patients.
• Provide excellent patient experience through clear communication and hourly rounding.
• Manage staff assignments and accountability in the unit.
• Contribute to process improvements and audits.
