Job summary

AdventHealth in Palm Coast, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

RN license required.
1+ acute care hospital setting preferred.
BLS CPR cert required.
Education: Associate's in Nursing (Required); Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance; respond to code situations as needed.
